The largest educational and research center in the field of automotive and transport engineering in the Czech Republic focuses on the design, numerical simulations, testing methods and experimental verification of vehicles, optimization of suspension and wheel suspension and the entire drivetrain, while taking into account the environmental impacts of their operations in the form of emissions, noise and vibrations. Another topic is machines for road construction, logistics of transport and handling systems. The institute is equipped with laboratories with cutting-edge equipment, including reverse engineering and additive technologies.
